Ronald Elama Hideo Kelii Sr's Obituary
Ronald E. H. Kelii Sr., 85, of Hilo, died May 4, 2026. He was a graduate of Hilo High School, studied electrical engineering in Oregon, served in the United States Army and worked for Henry Kelii Electrical Inc. He was a member of Hilo Y’s Men Club, Hilo Contractors Association, Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce and was chairman of the Hilo Jaycees County Fair in 1973. He is survived by sons Ronald “Miki” (Sonya Taosaka-Kelii) Kelii and Dane (Elena) Cairns, both of Hilo; daughters Lisa (Frank Rios Jr.) Kelii-Rios of Pahoa, Dare (Byron) Omoto of California and Deanna (Adrian) Medallia of Hilo; brothers Wendell (Berna) Kelii and Kelvin (Evelyn) Kelii, both of Hilo; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Private services were held. No koden.
